Wait — the $1,099 doesn't include the ad money?

Right. The $1,099 (or $2,199, or your Custom-plan fee) is what you pay us to run things. The actual ad money goes directly to Facebook and Google — that's not us, that's the ad platform itself. Most salons we work with put $1,000-$3,000 a month into the ads themselves on top of our fee. We never mark that up or skim from it. You can see every dollar where it went. The ad accounts are yours, in your name. If you ever leave us, the ad accounts stay with you.
