Where are you guys based?

Florida. Right now most of our clients are in FL — but we work with salons across the US. Adding more locations in CA, TX, and NY through 2026.

Am I locked in for a year?

Accepted Answer

Nope. The minimum is 3 months. After that, you can leave any time, no fee, no fight. The reason we have the 3-month minimum: month 1 is mostly us setting things up (your Google profile, your ads, the AI receptionist). If you bailed after 30 days, we'd be working at a loss. After month 3, you stay because what we're doing is working. Not because of a contract. You also save 10% if you pay 6 months upfront, or 15% for a year.

Do I have to switch my booking app?

Not at all. You keep using whatever you already use. Vagaro, Boulevard, Mangomint, Mindbody, Square, Acuity, Phorest, Bitrix24 — we plug right in and book directly. Booksy, Fresha, GlossGenius — we sync through your Google Calendar. Pen and paper — we text your front desk to confirm. Either way, your stylists never have to learn a new app.

What's this AI receptionist thing?

She's basically a virtual front desk that works around the clock. She answers your texts, replies to your Instagram DMs, and chats on your website, multilingual, and books straight into whatever booking app you already use. We were nervous about it too, but Salon Today did a write-up: salons that put her to work are getting 5-star Google reviews about how easy it was to book. The text agent comes built into Scale; the full voice version that answers your phone is part of Custom.

Can you really get me into ChatGPT?

Yes — that's part of the Custom plan. But we'll be straight with you about how it works. We don't "hack" ChatGPT. What we do: every week we run 10 different searches that your ideal client might run ("best hair salon in Tampa," "Brazilian blowout near me," etc.), and we track whether your salon comes up. We make changes to your website that help the AI find you. Most salons start showing up in 60-90 days. We can't promise you'll always be #1 — Google and ChatGPT control that. But we show you the numbers every month.

Question 6

My last agency just sent screenshots. How is this different?

Bookmark artvilson.com on your phone. Open it any morning and you can see how many calls came in last night, how many DMs we answered, how many new reviews you got, what each ad cost, what each ad brought in. Updated all day. We don't email you a PDF on the 5th of the month with last month's data. You always have the truth in your pocket.

How fast will I see results?

Real talk: Facebook and Instagram ads start bringing clients in week 1. Google Ads (on Scale and Pro) start pulling high-intent searchers within days. Your phone rings more right away because the AI receptionist is live day one. Google profile work, getting you ranked higher on Maps and stacking up reviews, takes 60 to 90 days to fully show up. ChatGPT showing your salon takes 60 to 90 days too. The agencies that promise "3x your revenue in 30 days" usually end up wasting your money. We'd rather give you honest timing and have you happy at month 3.

We're a med spa. Can you work with us?

We focus only on non-medical beauty — hair salons, nail studios, lash and brow studios, and regular spas. Med spas have patient-data rules (HIPAA) we're not set up for, so we're honestly not the right fit there. We'd rather point you elsewhere than risk it.
